You will be responsible for defining product goals for multidisciplinary teams. You will be a leader & mentor, who will not only evolve the technology within the organization, but also motivate your team to challenge limits at every stage. You will carry us through challenges and opportunities of our chosen niche.

As a CTO/VP you will have you work across the entire value chain of Droom's revenue generating service offering. Your primary focus will be to ensure that Droom's external (Clients) and internal (Product & Technology and category teams) stakeholders are contributing to the company’s growth.

8. Maintenance and constant improvement in software quality, along with the ability to motivate and mentor the development team to push the envelope consistently
9. Manage multiple projects across a wide breadth of technologies, coordinate dependencies and interactions with other teams and external partners
10. Responsible for training and grooming technical and management leaders within your group
11. Develop roadmaps for system and product growth, and then ensure timely execution and quality delivery
12. Closely monitor and guide product releases and updates
13. 20+ years of relevant work experience
14. Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
15. Speed to market, responsibility and ownership of key deliverables for performance and quality

1. Ability to deliver and maintain complex systems
2. Represent team to the senior leadership
3. Define a vision of excellence and implement it
4. Will serve as a facilitator and mentor for providing leadership for the hardest-to-crack projects.
5. Strong grasp of full stack networking, scalable web back-end, and all genres of platforms technologies (mobile and desktop)
6. Solid understanding of business processes and the application of technology to implement and thereafter streamline them
7. Strong leadership and communication skills
8. Ability to collaborate across departments
9. Desire to make impact and high work ethics
10. Experienced in dealing with ambiguity and change with an entrepreneurial mindset.
11. Proven ability to manage diverse efforts’ synergies.
12. Engineering from a top tier campus.
