For vintage cars for wedding car rentals, shipping and delivery is available via flatbed truck in 50+ cities across India. Please contact us to know more about the serviceable location with the shipping option.

For wedding rental, the shipping and delivery charges for vintage car rental wedding are extra. For daily car rental and corporate rental, you will be picked from your designated location and there is no concept of shipping and delivery. And if you are taking a self drive car rental at the airport or your hotel, then there are no extra charges for the delivery.

Pricing for Droom Rental is a function of four factors: type of rental, vehicle category, segment of vehicle, duration and city.

Yes, for certain vehicles, especially for wedding rental decoration is possible for extra charges.

Yes, for certain vehicles, especially for wedding car rental or corporate rental for premium or luxury cars rental, this is possible for extra charges.

Yes, this is possible and we try our best to meet the requirements of our customer. However, at times this may not be possible. But, our suppliers will ensure that they have done as good of a job as possible to remove any odours.

Once you place your rental order and you receive your confirmation, it is possible that your order is cancelled but it will be a rare event. The cancelation will typically happens if for any unavoidable reasons, the vehicle you rented is no longer available.

We try our best that the rental must arrive within the time range for the arrival disclosed to you at the time of rent. For any reason, if this is delayed, we will inform you. In most cases, you may choose to cancel unless the vehicle was already enroute and delay was beyond our control.

If you take daily or corporate rental, they typically come for 8 hours and 80 kilometres daily limit. If you cross the upper limit of hours consumed or kilometres driven limit, you will be billed for extra hours and/or kilometres based on the rates disclosed to you at the time of the rent.
