Droom is India’s only marketplace for automobiles which means we are the only online platform that enables end-to-end transactions. To enable end-to-end transactions buyers pay a 2% token amount (may vary as per category) on Droom’s platform and the rest 98% to the seller.
Token Amount is 2% - 3% of the final selling price paid via Droom and the remaining is paid directly to the seller, depending upon the type of category, during transaction closure. Token Amount is fully (100%) refundable and covered under Droom’s Buyer Protection if the transaction does not close.
