The British carmaker's MG Hector has made quite a name for itself in the mid-size SUV segment in India. It continues to offer a premium riding experience with its connected car technology.
Recently, JSW MG Motor India has launched the upgraded 2025 MG Hector with E20 compliance. Other features and specifications remain the same as the previous version.
The car is priced at Rs. 13.99 lacs (ex-showroom) and follows the directive of the Government of India to manufacture E20 (20% ethanol-blended petrol) compliant cars after March 2025.
The 2025 MG Hector competes with Tata Harrier, Mahindra XUV700, and Hyundai Alcazar.
MG India is running a special "Midnight Carnival" where buyers can get special deals on the new 2025 Hector SUV. This offer is valid at all MG showrooms, which will stay open until midnight every weekend until June 30, 2025. Here's what the buyers can claim:

The key upgrade for the new Hector is only the engine compliance. The freshly launched version is now E20 fuel compliant according to the Indian government's mandate.
The previous facelift version was launched in early 2023 in India, and it still offers advanced tech features like its largest-in-segment display and the signature i-SMART connected car technology.
This 5-seater mid-size SUV is available in a 1.5-liter Turbo-Petrol with MT and CVT, and a 2.0-liter Turbo-Diesel engine with MT. It continues to offer the largest-in-segment 14-inch HD portrait infotainment system that controls vehicle functions and connected car features.
