Honda Motorcycles and Scooters, as part of a new initiative to reach out to their customers in these testing times, has announced the introduction of their 'Online Booking' platform. Thus, interested buyers can now log on to their official website www.honda2wheelersindia.com and book the desired scooter or motorcycle online. It does not mean that the physical stores have closed rather it is just a convenient way to buy your favourite two-wheeler in the time of Coronavirus pandemic.
From selecting the nearest dealer to model to variants and colours, the buyer can book their vehicle in 6 easy steps. Step 1, as indicated earlier log onto the company's official website and click on the button 'Book Now'. Once done, the next step is to fill in your personal information that allows the system to share your booking receipt on your shared email id and mobile number. To move on, then select category (motorcycle or scooter), model details (name, variant and colour) and location which city or state you reside in. These details will help the online system to reflect the current price of the model. Customers have the choice to look at any of the Honda authorised dealers for the purchase. With these formalities completed, the system gives the buyer an option to review and make changes if required to their booking. Post this verification, the customer can make an Online Booking by paying Rs 1999. This payment can be done through a debit card, net banking, credit card, PayTm and UPI Bhim. The amount given is automatically transferred to the respective selected dealership. On receiving the payment, the dealership provides a Unique Booking Number via email and SMS. This reference number as the company says can be shared for all future communication with the dealership.

According to the brand, in case of a cancellation of booking the customer would be refunded the entire amount without any deductions.
