India’s leading two-wheeler giant Honda has announced special discounts of INR 80,000 on its popular adventure tourer, the XL750 Transalp ADV. In the Indian market, the XL750 Transalp ADV price now starts at INR 11 lakh (ex-showroom). Honda is also offering discounts on a 90 percent funded low down payment, accessories, and a low rate of interest.

Honda XL750 Transalp ADV Riding Modes

The Transalp adventure tourer comes equipped with a throttle-by-wire system. It is available in five different riding modes: Sport, Gravel, Rain, User, and Standard. The user mode enables riders to customize the bike’s settings as per their preferences. The riding modes can tweak Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), engine braking, and engine power.

Honda XL750 Transalp ADV Features

In terms of features, Honda offers the XL750 Transalp ADV with a 5-inch TFT display through which riders can get information on the tachometer, engine parameters, speedometer, fuel gauge and consumption, gear-position indicator, riding modes, and more.

In addition, riders can connect their smartphones to the bike thanks to the Honda Smartphone Voice Control system (HSVC) equipped in the motorcycle. What makes the Honda Transalp ADV more versatile is an emergency stop signal feature. This safety signal feature alerts vehicles behind during sudden braking and flashes the hazard lights with an automatic turn signal cancellation function.

Honda XL750 Transalp ADV Engine

The Honda XL750 Transalp ADV draws power from a 755cc liquid-cooled parallel-dual powertrain that features a 270-degree crankshaft. The Honda XL750 Transalp engine is tuned to produce 90.51 bhp of maximum power and 75 Nm of peak torque. It is mated to a powerful six-speed transmission unit. Suspension duties are done by Showa 43 mm upside-down forks up front, and at the rear, the bike gets a pro-link monoshock. The braking system is handled by a 256 mm single disc at the rear and 310 mm discs up front. To further improve its charm, the two-wheeler giant offers the bike with a twin-channel anti-lock braking system.
