Hero MotoCorp has launched the Pleasure+ Platinum Edition at a sticker price of Rs 60,950/ (Ex-Showroom, Delhi) in the country. It will be available at all Hero MotoCorp dealerships across the country. The company had recently also introduced the Maestro Edge 125 Stealth in the Indian market. Hero Pleasure+ Platinum Edition comes with enhanced aesthetics, accentuated retro design and premium chrome elements. Just a couple of days back, Hero had launched the Glamour Blaze Edition in the country.

Being offered in a new Matt Black color scheme with brown inner panels, Hero Pleasure+ Platinum Edition features chrome treatment on Mirrors, Muffler Protector, Handle Bar ends and Fender Stripe. In addition, it gets several new features in the form of Low Fuel indicator, a seat back rest for added comfort, a dual-tone seat with Platinum hot stamping, white rim tape and premium 3D Logo badging. Naveen Chauhan, Head – Sales & Aftersales, Hero MotoCorp, said, “The iconic Pleasure brand enjoys a strong connect with the customers. The new Pleasure+ Platinum with its enhanced design elements is surely going to strengthen our scooter portfolio and provide a perfect combination of riding comfort with style.”

Mechanically, Hero Pleasure+ Platinum is powered by a BS6 compliant 110cc engine with Programmed Fuel Injection and ‘XSens Technology’ (Eight Sensors). The engine delivers a top power of 8bhp at 7000rpm and peak torque of 8.7Nm at 5500rpm. It is 10 percent more fuel efficient than the standard variants while boasting of 10 percent faster acceleration. Hero Pleasure+ Platinum Edition is nearly Rs 2000 more expensive than the standard alloy wheel variant, on which it is actually based. Though, there is also a cheaper standard variant available with steel wheels at a price of Rs 56,800 (Ex. Showroom, Delhi). We might see more such special edition models in coming days from Hero due to the approaching festive season.
