Luxury Motorcycle Manufacturer Ducati India gave the Indian motorcycle community good news concerning one of its bikes. The Italian two-wheeler maker announced the commencement  of bookings for its first BS6 motorcycle, Panigale V2 in India. Panigale V2 was first unveiled at EMICA in 2019 and will now finally arrive in the Indian market. The Panigale V2 will replace the 959 Panigale model and will become a part of the legendary Panigale superbike line-up. The company is now accepting bookings for the new Panigale V2 for an initial amount of Rs 1,00,000. Pespective buyers can walk into the nearest authorized Ducati dealership and book the BS6 Panigale V2 till the current stocks last.

According to the brand, deliveries of Panigale V2 will commence once the official launch takes place. The bike is available on display across all authorized dealerships in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kochi, Kolkata and Chennai. Test rides for the new Panigale V2 will start post the launch and follow the necessary safety guidelines devised to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic.

“The Panigale V2 has been the most awaited bike since EICMA and we eagerly waited to bring this ultimate superbike as our first BS6 motorcycle for the Indian motorcycle enthusiast. The new Panigale V2 is a beefy yet compact bike with clear-cut lines that convey power without compromising on the classic Ducati superbike flair. Considering the overwhelming inquiries for the launch of the Panigale V2, we are confident the bike will do well in the market by offering an unmatched Ducati riding experience to enthusiasts who’re looking to step into the world of riding on the racetrack and also to more experienced riders”, commented Bipul Chandra, Managing Director of Ducati India at the time of the announcement.

Ducati Panigale V2 comes with a single-sided aluminium swingarm, this feature is an exclusive trait of high-end Ducati superbikes. The sports motorcycle's frame is made of compact, enhanced-strength die-cast aluminium monocoque structure. Panigale V2 is powered by a compact twin-cylinder Superquadro engine making it leaner and less intimidating than Panigale V4.
