TVS Apache RTR 310 is launched in India with a refined engine, a fresh look, and standardization of some features across all variants. This bike model, which was born out of a BMW-TVS collaboration, has a core sporty feel.
The bike is in the highly competitive and popular segment in India and competes with KTM 390 Duke, Bajaj Dominar 400, BMW G 310 R, Triumph Speed 400, Honda CB300R, Zontes 350R, and Keeway K300 R.
The new Apache bike is priced at Rs. 2.39 lacs (ex-showroom). TVS offers the RTR 310 in a combination of base variants and customizable "Built-To-Order (BTO)" kits. Here is a breakdown for easy understanding:

TVS allows for the bike’s customization through two optional kits, which enhance the bike’s safety and its longevity.
Dynamic Kit (Rs. 18,000): Adds fully adjustable suspension (USD front fork and monoshock), a brass-coated chain, and a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS).
This kit adds to the base price of the chosen variant. For example, the Apache RTR 310 Arsenal Black Without Quick Shifter (which includes Dynamic Kit features) is priced around Rs. 2,50,054.
Dynamic Pro Kit (Rs. 28,000): Builds on the Dynamic Kit by adding keyless ignition, launch control, and lean-sensitive electronics (cornering ABS, cornering traction control, wheelie control, slope-dependent control, rear wheel lift-off protection, and cornering cruise control). It also includes the climate control seat.
The Apache RTR 310 Arsenal Black with Quick Shifter (which includes Dynamic Kit + Quick Shifter + some Pro features) is priced around Rs. 2,67,064.
The Apache RTR 310 Fury Yellow (fully loaded, likely including Dynamic Pro Kit features) is priced at Rs. 2,72,064.
If you opt for a fully specced Apache RTR 310 with both Dynamic and Dynamic Pro kits, the price can cross Rs. 3.03 lacs (ex-showroom). The bookings for the motorcycle are open now.

The new Apache 312.12cc engine offers a more refined and intuitive riding experience. The peak power and torque figures remain the same (35.6 bhp, 28.7 Nm), but it now has a tweaked throttle response for better linearity and seamless power delivery.
The rear sprocket now has four fewer teeth (similar to the RR 310), which could slightly alter acceleration or top-end feel. The bike is expected to have a claimed mileage (ARAI certified) is 30 kmpl.
