The British motorcycle-maker has just launched the much-anticipated Triumph Scrambler 400 XC in India. This modern classic scrambler motorcycle is designed for practical usability across both road and light to moderate trail conditions.
This bike is more off-road focused compared to the 400 X and also costs more, at Rs. 2.94 lacs (ex-showroom). This scrambler competes with Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, KTM 390 Adventure X, Royal Enfield Scram 411, Yezdi Scrambler, Husqvarna Svartpilen 401, BMW G 310 GS, and Hero Mavrick 440 Scrambler (Upcoming).
The XC variant is designed with a more serious intent for tackling challenging trails than the Scrambler 400 X. It has longer travel suspension, a larger front wheel, and revised ergonomics for better handling and control on unpaved surfaces. Here are the key features for an overview:
