Toyota showcased the HiAce BEV model at the 2023 Japan Mobility Show. Toyota is rapidly entering the EV market, and it has now unveiled the electric HiAce Concept. A subordinate of Toyota Motors Known as Toyota Autobody, which oversees the company's commercial vans and cars, revealed this new electric van at the ongoing event. Along with the EV concept, Toyota unveiled a Land Cruiser Prado and a concept sports car SUV. The Electric HiAce Concept displays Toyota’s vision for upcoming urban delivery vehicles.
The HiAce Concept comes with a cargo-centric design. The HiAce BEV model has a special loading cart and flat floor, which makes loading of the goods convenient. The van is designed to carry objects up to 3.47 metres long. The electric van comes with a splendid design that makes it suitable to carry out delivery tasks in urban and rural areas. The HiAce Concept can boost a turning radius of 5.48 metres. In congested urban areas, the turning radius of 5.48 metres enhances the movability of the electric van. The new electric van provides a peek into the better future of rural and urban delivery.
