JSW MG Motor India has rolled out the updated Windsor EV in the Indian market with new feature upgrades and a bigger battery. The new Windsor EV Pro variant price in India starts at INR 17.50 lakh (ex-showroom), which is valid for the first 8,000 customers. Bookings for the new Windsor Pro are scheduled to commence on May 8, 2025.
The new MG Windsor EV is offered with three distinct color options, including Ceadon Blue, Aurora Silver, and Glaze Red. The electric car has received a twin-tone ivory theme inside the cabin. JSW MG Motor India delivers the MG Windsor Pro series with an expanded 52.9 kWh battery system. The car and battery-as-a-service feature are now available for purchase at INR 12.50 lakhs, while the battery rental service is available at INR 4.50 per km to car purchasers.

When it comes to the feature updates, the updated Windsor EV Pro trim comes equipped with a range of new features, including an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), which includes forward collision warning, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, automatic emergency braking, and more. Other updates include vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) and vehicle-to-load (V2L) technology, newly designed alloys, a powered tailgate, ventilated front seats, reworked upholstery, and more.
Apart from the addition of new features, the Windsor EV Pro continues to come loaded with amenities like a 9-speaker Infinity sound system, a 15.6-inch infotainment display, six airbags, a wireless phone charger, electronic stability control (ESC), an electronic parking brake, hill start assist, descent control, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), a 360-degree camera, and rear parking sensors.
The Windsor Pro variant draws power from a 52.9 kWh battery pack, which provides a certified range of 449 km on one charge. It continues to feature the same front-axle-mounted electric motor that churns out power of 134 BHP and peak torque of 200 Nm.
