The 2025 Kawasaki Versys 650 motorcycle has been launched in India at an ex-showroom price of INR 7.93 lakh. The updated Versys 650 comes equipped with an OBD2B-compatible engine. Kawasaki has now increased the Versys 650 bike price in India by 16,000 over the 2024 Kawasaki Versys 650 model. Bookings for the Versys 650 bike are currently open across India. Buyers can now reserve the updated bike online, or they can also visit their nearest Kawasaki dealerships. Deliveries are likely to commence in the coming months.
Kawasaki is offering the updated motorcycle with a new Metallic Matte Graphene Steel Gray color scheme with green accents on alloy wheels, fairing, and fuel tank. The company is expected to offer the 2025 Kawasaki Versys 650 with new color schemes in the coming months. The Versys 650 motorcycle retains its previous design and continues to have elements like a high front fairing, split headlights, a tall windscreen, underbelly exhaust, and a dual-seat setup.

In terms of features, the updated Kawasaki Versys 650 comes equipped with a range of advanced elements like dual LED headlamps, a muscular fuel tank, an aggressive front beak, a TFT instrument cluster, and a compact tail section. The Versys 650 bike features a steel frame underneath its sharp bodywork. The steel frame is backed by an upside-down fork at the front and a rear monoshock. It glides on 17-inch wheels, and braking duties are done by twin discs at the front and a single rear disc.
When it comes to powertrain options, the Kawasaki Versys 650 draws power from the same liquid-cooled, 649-cc, parallel-twin engine, which is paired with a six-speed gearbox. The OBD2B-compliant engine churns out a power of 67 bhp and a peak torque of 61 Nm. Other Kawasaki motorcycles like the Ninja 650, Z650RS, Z650, and Vulcan S also come equipped with the same engine option.
