The leading two-wheeler giant Kawasaki recently rolled out an updated version of its popular urban cruiser, the Vulcan S, in India with new aesthetic upgrades. The updated Kawasaki Vulcan S bike has been unveiled at an initial price tag of INR 7.10 lakh (ex-showroom). Kawasaki is now offering the Vulcan S with new aesthetic changes without any change in the price tag.
As part of the new update, the 2024 Kawasaki Vulcan S is being offered in the latest Pearl Matte Sage Green color scheme. What sets the MY2024 model apart from the American cruisers is its all-black style statement around the powertrain and other equipment contrasting the new matte green color shade.
Kawasaki Vulcan S Design Updates
The 2024 Kawasaki Vulcan S is based on the same perimeter frame as the previous version. It glides on 17-inch rear and 18-inch front alloy wheels. Suspension duties are done by a monoshock at the back, and at the front, the bike receives 41 mm telescopic forks. For braking duties, the new Vulcan S is loaded with a disc brake at both ends along with twin-channel ABS.

Kawasaki Vulcan S Features
The updated Vulcan S comes equipped with a 14-litre fuel tank, and it has an accessible seat height of 705 mm. The motorcycle's low, wide handlebar and forward-set footpegs are what makes it pleasant to ride over long distances. In addition, the cruiser features a comfortable touring seat with more cushioning for both the passenger and rider. The cruiser has a ground clearance of 130 mm. It comes equipped with a semi-digital instrument console and Bluetooth connectivity.
Kawasaki Vulcan S Powertrain
The 2024 Kawasaki Vulcan S draws power from a 649-cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled powertrain that churns out a maximum power of 60 bhp at 7,500 rpm and peak torque of 62.4 Nm at 6,600 rpm. The unit is mated to a six-speed gearbox. In its segment, the Kawasaki Vulcan S rivals the likes of the BSA Gold Star 650, Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650, and more.
