Ducati India Postpones Price Hike on Extended Warranty Till 1st June 2020

Coronavirus has become a global threat to mankind and brought life to a standstill. Businesses across the board have come to a halt, the auto industry in particular is struggling due to multiple factors. First the current Coronavirus Pandemic followed by BS6 Emission Norm transition. In lieu of the first factor, Italian Sports Motorcycle maker - Ducati India has announced that it would not increase the price of extended Warranty on its motorcycles till the 31st of May 2020. Therefore customers whose motorcycles will be running out of Warranty during the lockdown period of 24th March – 3rd May can avail this initiative. 

“Due to the current lockdown, we understand that the entire country is going through a tough time, including Ducati. We at Ducati, are fully committed towards providing the best services to our customers and will stand together with them during this global pandemic. With the relaxation in extended warranty price hike, we hope to add support to our Ducati family”, commented Bipul Chandra, Managing Director of Ducati India.

According to the automaker the extended warranty programme can be activated on the purchase of a new Ducati motorcycle or during the standard warranty period, ensuring a hassle-free ownership experience for new as well as the existing Ducati customer. The offer is valid across Ducati dealerships in Delhi – NCR, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Kochi, Kolkata, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
