Terms & Conditions

Droom Academy is an online learning service (Hereinafter referred as “Program” or “Service” as deemed fit) brought to you (Hereinafter referred as “You” /”Your” / “Buyer”/“User”) by Droom Technology Limited (Hereinafter referred as “Droom”). The Program is part of the digital adoption initiatives of Droom and the Program focusses on to bring out a Platform of e-learning majorly for domains aligned with E-commerce and the Automotive industry through its courses.

Anyone can enroll in the Program and opt for the courses on offer by Droom. These Terms and Conditions shall be referred as (“T&C’s”)

Terms and conditions:

• a. This is an ongoing Service provided by Droom and Droom reserves the right to discontinue with this Service without any prior information to You at its sole discretion.
• b. This Program cannot be combined with any other services or offers currently live on http://www.Droom.in(“Website”).
• c. In order to apply for a Program, User will need to register his/her personal account (“User Account”) by providing a valid email address and a password or any other information as required by Droom at the time of registering for the Program.
• d. In addition to the registration process, Droom may obtain information about You and Your performance in the Programs. Some of this information may be personally identifiable information. Droom may use, maintain and store this information in its database to provide certain services to You now and in the future.
• e. Users will be solely liable to maintain their account and everything that happens to his/her account, including for any harm or damage (to us or anyone else) caused by someone using Your account without Your permission. Droom will not be responsible in case of any damage or in case Your account is deleted or any of Your personal information is deleted at Your end.
• f. Droom shall offer various online courses on the Program from time to time and shall update the Users registered on the Program through various modes of communication Droom may in it’s sole discretion deem fit.
• g. User will have to create an account and login to his/her account to purchase the courses at offer by Droom. Droom on the confirmation of the payment, shall grant you access to the course You have paid for. The invoice may be provided to You along with the email confirmation. This shall be proof of delivery against the successful payment of fees.
  User must sign-up and login to the Program to buy and access the various course materials offered in the Program . Upon the said payment, the course material would be available as part of the User Account under ‘My Courses’ section.
• h. Droom reserves the right to cancel , or to alter, modify or rearrange the schedule of topics, as well as the point value or weight of assignments, tests, quizzes, exams, projects and other such evaluations of progress.
• i. You shall be exclusively responsible for ensuring that Your equipment(s) are compatible with the Program and for a smooth functioning of the courses offered , and You shall be responsible for all charges incurred in connection with the use of the Program in connection with all such equipment(s) required.
• j. Droom reserves the right to cancel Your access to the course in the Program at its sole discretion without providing any explanation/reason (s) to You whatsoever and shall not be liable for any refunds of any kind.
• k. Droom will not be liable to refund any amount(s) in case You/User cancels a course or does not persue the course ahead after buying the specific course. Droom will not be liable to refund any money back to the User in case he/she cancels or is not interested in the course after buying. Once the User buys the course, he/she is not liable for refund. The decision of Droom will be final and binding on the User.
• l. The enrollment in the Program is not transferable and hence, User is requested to check the accuracy and suitability of the Program on their own and Droom holds no responsibility and shall not be liable of the same.
• m. Further User agree to indemnify and hold Droom and its affiliated harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, relating to or arising out of (a) your use or attempted use of the Website or Programs in violation of the Terms; (b) your violation of any law or rights of any third party; or (c) information or content that you or others post or otherwise make available on the Website or through any Program, including without limitation any claim of infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
• n. Droom, it’s Website(s), Programs and related services are completely owned and operated by Droom. All Content or other material available in the Program or through the Programs, including but not limited to, PPT’s, videos, presentation materials, and other images, text, layouts, arrangements, displays, illustrations, documents, materials, audio and video clips, HTML and files (collectively “Droom Content”), are the property of Droom and are protected by copyright, patent and/or other proprietary intellectual property rights under applicable Indian laws.
  All the trademarks and logos used on the Droom’s website or during the Program, with or without attribution, are exclusively the trademarks or logos of the Droom. Therefore, any trademarks and logos owned and operated by Droom shall not be copied, reproduced, downloaded or distributed in any way in whole or in part without the express written consent of Droom.
• o. Droom reserves the right to take appropriate legal action solely at Your cost in case of any dispute in relation to the intellectual property rights/ trademark or copyrights issues of the courses offered in the Program or of the Program in general.
• p. Droom grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program, solely in accordance with the Terms laid down on the website.
• q. Droom shall have no liability under these T&C’s or any Program-specific terms shared with You, to the extent arising from any failure of Droom to perform any of its obligations under these T&C’s or any Program-specific terms shared with you, due to any fire, flood, earthquakes, other acts of God, war, civil unrest, terrorism, Internet failures, governmental act or court order, national emergency, strikes or labour disputes or any other event not within the reasonable control of Droom.
• r. Droom makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, with respect to the content and courses available on or through this Program. Droom makes no warranty that the Services will meet the User's requirements or that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; nor does Droom make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services, or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Services, or that any defects in the Services will be corrected.
• s. The decision of Droom is final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained in case any dispute arises in connection of the courses opted by You or of the Program in general.
• t. Droom shall not be responsible for any breach or for any loss or damage arising in connection with this Program.
• u. Droom assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever in respect to any action regarding this Program.
• v. Droom may have the sole right to suspend or terminate or stop Your access to the course or Program if Droom in it’s sole discretion suspects any illegal activity in Your account and further Droom can at it’s sole discretion take any appropriate action it may deem fit.
