Maruti Suzuki India Limited is an Indian subsidiary of Japanese automobile and motorbike manufacturer known as Suzuki. The alliance is popularly known as Maruti which at the time of its inception in 1981 was known as Maruti Udyog Limited. The first manufacturing facility was established at Gurugram, Haryana and another manufacturing facility was later established at Manesar, Haryana.

The Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 Std. variant costs ₹2.53 Lacs which comes with manual transmission and is available only in the Petrol variant. The other models are the Lx model which is priced at ₹2.85 Lacs and Lxi which is priced at ₹3.11 Lacs.

The is no automatic variant nor diesel variant of Maruti Suzuki Alto 800. The most expensive car model is Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara which mostly comes in manual transmission which is only available in diesel variant. The Grand Vitara model is priced at₹ 22.7Lacs.
