Upcoming Bajaj Bike Models

Bajaj bikes will introduce several new motorcycles in India in the next few months. The upcoming Bajaj bikes in India include Bajaj Pulsar 150NS, Bajaj Pulsar 180NS and Bajaj Pulsar RS400 with expected prices of Rs 70,000, Rs 85,000 and Rs 1.75 Lakhs (All the prices are Ex. Showroom), respectively. These motorcycles will be launched in a phase wise manner with gap of at least 3-4 months in the Indian market. The word is that Bajaj might also introduce a 400cc variant of the Avenger range on the same lines as Dominar 400.

Bajaj Discontinued Models

Several Bajaj bikes were discontinued in India after the implementation of BS6 emission norms in April 2020. The memorable names include Bajaj V15, Bajaj V12, Bajaj Discover 110 and Bajaj Discover 125. The naked Pulsar 180 was also phased out earlier this year. Though, in past, Bajaj has axed several motorcycles such as XCD 125, XCD 135, Avenger 180, Boxer, Caliber etc. to name a few.

Bajaj bikes was founded in 1945 by Jamnalal Bajaj in Pune, Maharashtra. The company has three manufacturing facilities in India at Chakan (Pune), Waluj (near Aurangabad) and Pantnagar in Uttarakhand. Being the third-largest two-wheeler maker in the world and second in India, Bajaj Auto has a R&D centre 'Ahead' in Akurdi, Pune. Bajaj bikes exports to 70+ countries abroad and a has significant share of revenues coming from the exports.
