Hyundai India has announced the launch of celebration camps at all its operational workshops to mark World Environment Day. This is to promote the idea of green mobility by integrating several initiatives. It will involve raising awareness amongst customers towards contributing to a healthy environment. In addition, the company will promote waterless car wash – “Dry Wash” which will help the customers in saving 120 liters of water per car wash. The South-Korean automaker will also distribute complimentary saplings to visiting customers.
Commenting on the initiative, Mr. Tarun Garg, Director – Sales, Marketing & Service, said, “To realize our long term vision of Progress for Humanity, HMIL will continue to improve and strengthen its environmental management practices and establish a safe and pleasant environment leading to a sustainable future. With advanced mobility solutions that respond positively to changing climate requirements, we are in continuous effort to innovate ways to pass on a clean environment that uses eco-friendly means of vehicle servicing.
