Skoda Auto has silently introduced a new variant in the Kushaq’s lineup. Having said that, the new variant is christened Ambition Classic. It is positioned above the base Active variant. Talking about the price, the manual variant costs Rs 12.69 lakhs (ex-showroom), and the automatic variant costs Rs 14.09 lakhs (ex-showroom).
Performance-wise, the new Kushaq Ambition Classic is offered with 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that churns out a top power of 113 bhp. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
The new Skoda Kushaq Ambition Classic trim is available in dual-tone options. Having said that, the new variant is offered in a total of five color schemes. The Honey Orange, Tornado Red, Brilliant Silver, and Candy White come with a gloss black roof foil. While the carbon Steel color gets a gloss white wrapping.
In terms of design, the new Ambition Classic trim gets chrome detailing on the window line, lower doors, trunk line, and front bumper intake. Other design bits include LED headlamps with DRLs, 16-inch alloy wheels, dual airbags, cruise control, traction control, rear-view camera, and hill hold control. The cabin boasts of black suede seat covers instead of dual-tone fabric seats available in the Ambition variant. Moving on, this new variant misses out on a few features that are available on Ambition like automatic climate control and connected car technology. Other feature highlights include a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, Android Auto & Apple CarPlay connectivity, and many more.
