An Indian based in Vancouver, Canada, Reji Philip surprised his wife with an astounding 2020 Rolls Royce Cullinan on their 25th wedding anniversary last month. Mrs. Annie Philip becomes the first Indian woman to own the bespoke 2020 Rolls-Royce Cullinan in the whole of North America. Mr. Philip got the uber-luxurious SUV customized with an exclusive number plate engraved with his wife’s name. The Rolls Royce Cullinan is the latest vehicle from the British luxury brand. In India, it is priced at around Rs 6.95 crores (ex-showroom).
The white-colored Rolls Royce Cullinan is not an off-roader but it offers multi-terrain performance along with off-road driving mode. It gets 5-spoke steel rims that look extremely attractive while on the move. It also features a split tailgate that slides out and converts into a picnic table. The interior of the luxurious SUV boasts of a custom red leatherette upholstery. Other highlighted features include advanced touchscreen systems, wireless charging, heated armrests and seat, bespoke ‘Everywhere’ button, two-section “clasp” tailgate, and suicide rear doors.
The Cullinan sources power from a 6.75-litre twin-turbo V12 engine, that produces 571 bhp of maximum power output and 850 Nm of peak torque. Power is delivered to all wheels via an 8-speed automatic transmission. It has a top speed of 250 kmph.
Everyone in the Philip family is a car fanatic. The exquisite Rolls Royce Cullinan is not the only luxury car in Philip’s garage. They own a range of luxury vehicles in India and in Canada. In Canada, they have cars like 2005 Hummer H2 with luxury package, a 2016 Porsche Cayenne, a 2019 Lexus NX (F-Sport package) along with recently bought Cullinan in their garage. Originally from Kerala, India, they have a Mercedes-Benz GL350 SUV kept in their garage in India.
