Hyundai plans to introduce a new variant of Creta christened Knight Edition in the country anytime soon. Images regarding the same have been leaked online ahead of the official launch. Moving on, the new Creta Knight Edition is available on the newly introduced S+ and top-spec SX(O) automatic trims.
As per the images, the new Creta Knight Edition gets several cosmetic enhancements. This further gives the SUV a bold look. Upfront, it features a new black radiator grille with red inserts. In addition, the vehicle gets dark metal-coloured alloy wheels, red brake calipers, and a ‘Knight Edition’ emblem on the tailgate. Besides these, the Hyundai Creta Knight Edition offers front & rear skid plates, side sills, C-pillar, roof rails, and ORVMs in gloss black finish.
The cabin of the upcoming Hyundai Creta Knight Edition is likely to boast of an all-black theme. The feature highlights include a gloss-black center console, colored inserts for the AC vents, and coloured stitching on the steering wheel & seats.
Performance-wise, the Creta Knight Edition is likely to be offered with two engine options. Having said that, we can expect the car to get either the 1.5-litre petrol or diesel engine.
Furthermore, Hyundai also plans to introduce the 6-speed iMT gearbox on Creta’s 1.5-litre petrol variant. This particular petrol engine is offered with a total of three gearbox options namely a 6-speed manual, iMT, and a CVT automatic.
