GT Force Unveils Three Electric Two-Wheelers at 2021 EV Expo

GT-Force has unveiled three new electric two-wheelers at the 2021 EV India Expo which is being held at India Expo Center, Greater Noida. The three electric two-wheelers showcased by the brand are GT Drive Pro low-speed scooter, GT Drive high speed scooter and one motorcycle. GT Force already has seven products available in the market for end users. It has 100+ dealerships across 80 cities in the country, predominantly in Maharashtra, Karnataka, Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Rajasthan.


Speaking of Force GT Drive Pro, it has a range of 75 kilometers on a single charge with a top speed of 25kmph. It is basically for short distance travel needs and meant for women and children in the family. The GT Drive Pro will be available in Lead acid and Lithium-ion battery versions. Mr. Mukesh Taneja, CO-Founder & CEO, GT-Force affirmed that “ People are having the misconception that EVs might not be able to meet long distance travel requirements, or maybe they are inconvenient. All this is just because they have not really tried the products yet. Therefore, we are working hard towards making the product available in every nook and corner of the country. The team has put in all the efforts towards widening the network of distributors to connect with a larger audience.”


Coming to Force GT Drive, it comes with a top speed of 60kmph while returning a range of 150 kilometers on a single charge. Being offered with Lithium-ion batteries, it also gets a cruise control system as standard feature. The e-scooter also boasts of three ride modes namely economy, standard and turbo. In addition, the company also took the wraps of the prototype of its first electric motorcycle which is expected to be launched in the market in the second half of the calendar year 2022. Commenting on the unveiling, Mr. Rajesh Saitya- CO-Founder & COO, GT-Force said “ India is gradually moving towards EV from ICE. We are playing our role by offering quality products that are also affordable to the users. The idea is to join the larger national ambition, and to do that it is imperative that the end- user gets familiar with EV technology.”
