e-Sprinto has launched its much-awaited Rapo and Roamy electric scooters in India on November 21, 2023. e-Sprinto is one of India’s rapidly growing electric two-wheeler manufacturers, and it has unveiled two cutting-edge electric scooters in the country to ease city travel. The Rapo electric scooter is priced at INR 54,999, while the Roamy is available at a price of INR 62,999 (ex-showroom). e-Sprinto claims that these two electric scooters have been specially designed for a diverse number of customers, including gig workers, urban commuters, and college students, highlighting accessibility without having to compromise on features or quality. The Rapo and Roamy electric scooters have a conventional design.

The e-Sprinto Rapo gets a 170 mm ground clearance that allows this e-scooter to tackle the rough patches and potholes on the road without much hassle. The e-Sprinto Rapo comes with two battery options: lithium-ion and lead-acid, along with a portable auto-cutoff charger. This electric scooter is powered by a 250-watt BLDC hub motor (IP65 waterproof). The scooter offers a range of 100 km in one charge. The Rapo gets a telescopic hydraulic suspension at the front and coil spring three-step adjustable suspension at the rear. The Rapo rolls on a 12-inch wheel at the front and a 10-inch wheel at the rear.
The e-Sprinto Roamy gets the same ground clearance as the Rapo. It is also available with both lithium-ion and lead-acid battery options. The Roamy electric scooter is powered by an IP65-rated 250-watt hub motor that allows it to run at 25 kmph top speed. The Roamy features the same telescopic hydraulic front suspension and coil spring, three-step adjustable rear suspension braking equipment as its sibling.
Both EVs come with updated features such as remote start, full digital display, engine kill switch, child lock, parking mode, USB-based mobile charging, and remote lock and unlock. The digital colourful display available in both e-scooters keeps riders updated about vital information like motor failure, battery status, controller failure, and throttle failure. The e-Sprinto Rapo and Roamy are available in blue, red, gray, white, and black color options.
