There are two trims on sale – T (O), priced at ₹3.81 lakh and S, priced at ₹3.96 lakh (all prices ex-showroom, Delhi). That’s around ₹21,000 and ₹23,000 over each of its manual counterparts.
The five-speed AMT gearbox channels power via the car’s 999cc, three-cylinder, petrol engine. The 800cc Redigo does not get the AMT option. This car also comes with a manual mode as well in case you want to take control. You also get a creep function, called the ‘Rush Hour’ mode.
There are no visual changes from its manual sibling, both inside and out – the only difference is the gear lever. You now get an audio system with Bluetooth connectivity that enables hands-free calling and audio streaming, which will be in the T (O) and S trims of the regular 0.8-litre and 1.0-litre Redigo. You also get an airbag, central locking, remote keys and front power windows.
