Skoda India has renamed the 'Service Maintenance Package' as 'Skoda SuperCare' in the country. The company customers can avail a number of benefits by opting for cost-effective SuperCare services. They will get warrant preventive maintenance along with wear and tear repair work for a time period of four years. The Skoda SuperCare protects the Indian customers against hike in spare part prices and labour charge inflation. The buyers will also get authentic fitments with either two years or unlimited kilometers part warranty. All the maintenance and services work will be undertaken by company authorized technicians and the package can be redeemed at any of the authorized Skoda Auto dealerships in India. It is offering multiple payment options along with cashless services. If a customer sells his vehicle, the package will be transferred to the new owner.
Mr Zac Hollis, Brand Director - ŠKODA AUTO India, said: “In line with our customer-centric approach, the new extended warranty programme now takes the PEACE OF MIND philosophy to the next level. Customers can now avail the attractive offer of fifth and sixth-year warranty - coupled with convenient and ‘value for money’ 2 years and 4-year ŠKODA SuperCare service and maintenance packages.”
The introductory price of the package is Rs 29,999. The new customers can purchase the 'SuperCare' for 4 years or 60,000 km with Standard, Enhanced, and Comprehensive options. The SuperCare package is available within a timeframe of a year from the date of purchase of the vehicle (or the first service, whichever is earlier). The Czech automaker’s existing customers can avail the 'ŠKODA SuperCare', for 2 years or 30,000 km, at a starting price of Rs 15,777.
The 'Standard Package' includes engine oil, oil filter, drain plug, washer, air/pollen/fuel filter, spark plug, brake fluid, V belt, HALDEX coupling oil, ATF, etc. The 'Enhanced Package' covers services under the 'Standard Package' and front windshield wipers, front and rear brake pads and disc, etc. The 'Comprehensive Package' offers battery, flywheel, and clutch assembly i.e. the clutch plate, pressure plate and release bearing, over and above the services under the 'Enhanced Package'.
