Crossroad have employed roadside mechanics with cheating as motto. I was cheated by their mechanic Kishore Ansari on 24/04/17. he simply replaced a fuse and charged me Rs.220/- claiming to have replaced some relay, no receipt was issued no faulty part returned worse part was he arrived after 1 hour and 15 minutes.

This is the second time the guys didn't come in the promised time. They don't fix the car as required and they claim they have to go for another duty.

I had many queries and sent email, no response from their end. I stay in Bangalore and vendor stays in Delhi and will be difficult reach them since they will not respond to my queries. Further, the service was very delayed after escalating to Droom customer service

They mentioned wrong name on my e-card and after many follow ups no one helped me out. Dnt knew about service at they will do.
