Not at all satisfied. I have been asked to come many times to showroom.. Not welcomed properly.. Premium for life insurance was calculated without my notice and only even i paid for it.. While signing only i came to know and yet to receive my refund. Asked 2018 model bike but given 2017 model.. Chain is so dry in bike but service Guy is so adamant its obsolutely fine. Do you think a Buyer shud face these many problems while getting a Bike? Remember its not free of cost. I have paidy bloody money .. Awful. So awful experience with shanthi motors YAMAHA.
Will not recommend Shanti Motors to anybody. They get the money from us and then take lot of time to deliver. No communication from them whatsoever. We need to speak to them, follow up several times to get delivery; Also nobody takes responsibility; The people like Arihant and the owner Kamal Bohra are very arrogant and behave in an unprofessional manner. Better to avoid thi shop and look for a good one
