Earlier in September, TVS launched the Apache RTR 310 in India. TVS has commenced the deliveries of Apache RTR 310 in the country. The first bike was delivered in Uttar Pradesh and now the RTR 310 is also available in Lucknow as well. The Apache RTR 310 is the naked iteration of Apache RR 310. The new motorcycle has a starting price of INR 2.43 Lakh and goes up to INR 2.64 Lakh (ex-showroom).

As of now, the TVS Apache RTR 310 sits below Apache RR 310 but boasts far more features than it. A 5-inch horizontal TFT screen has been placed instead of a vertical instrument cluster. The screen is equipped with voice assist, different themes for riding modes, race telemetry, a track mode, and Bluetooth connectivity. Other features facilitated in the bike are Glide Through Technology, cruise control, dynamic headlamp and tail lamp and much more.

The brand is currently offering two packs with the Apache RTR 310. The kits are named as Dynamic and Dynamic Pro. The dynamic kit is equipped with a fully flexible front and rear suspension, a brass-coated chain, and tyre pressure monitoring system. Whereas the Dynamic Pro kit is equipped with a Climatic control seat and a Dynamic Stability Control which is facilitated with Cornering Traction Control, Wheelie Control, Cornering ABS, Cornering Cruise Control, Rear Wheel Lift-off Control, and Slope Dependent Control.

The Apache RTR 310 is powered by a 312.12 cc, liquid-cooled engine that is copied from the Apache RR 310. And comes facilitated with ride-by-wire, riding modes, and fuel injection. 

The value of peak torque and power output cannot be stated as it varies on the rider’s chosen riding mode. The engine at 9,700 rpm produces a maximum power of 35.11 bhp and at 6,650 rpm produces 28.7 Nm peak torque at Track, Sports, and Supermoto modes. In Track and Urban biking modes, at 7,600 rpm, the maximum power output dipped down to 26.72 bhp and at 6,600 rpm, produces 27.3 Nm peak torque. The gearbox on duty is a six-speed unit which comes along with a bi-directional quick-shifter.
