Toyota Innova Crysta GX+ Variant Launched in India; Prices Start at INR 21.39 Lakh

Toyota India has launched the new Innova Crysta GX+ mid-spec variant in the Indian market. The GX+ variant is available in both seven- and eight-seater configurations and has been positioned between the VX and GX trims. Toyota is offering the new Innova Crysta variant in five color schemes: Attitude Black Mica, Super White, Platinum White Pearl, Avant-Garde Bronze Metallic, and Silver Metallic. The GX+ seven-seater trim comes at a price tag of INR 21.39 lakh (ex-showroom), while the eight-seater version is priced at INR 21.44 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Toyota Innova Crysta GX+ trim is around INR 1.40 lakh more costly than the lower Innova Crysta GX variant. The GX+ comes equipped with an array of additional features, like a rear camera, dash cam, auto-fold mirrors, wooden panels, premium fabric seats, and a piano black grille. The new Crysta rolls on 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.

When it comes to safety features, the GX+ variant comes loaded with SRS airbags, vehicle stability control, anti-lock braking system (ABS), hill-start assist control, and a high-strength global outstanding assessment body structure. Powering the latest Innova Crysta GX+ is a 2.4-liter diesel engine that produces peak power of 148 bhp and torque of 343 Nm. The engine is paired with a five-speed manual transmission. The car has two driving modes: power and eco.

Toyota Kirloskar Motor is constantly working on expanding its lineup in the country with new models. Recently, Toyota rolled out the GX (O) variant of the Innova Hycross in both seven- and eight-seater configurations. The new variant comes at a starting price of INR 20.99 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to INR 21.13 lakh (ex-showroom). The Toyota Innova Hycross GX (O) rolls on 16-inch alloy wheels. Inside, the car features chestnut quilted leather seats, metallic decorations, and soft-touch leather.

The GX (O) comes equipped with updated features like a larger 10.1-inch infotainment system, front parking sensors, automatic climate control, wireless Apple CarPlay, a 360-degree surround camera, and more.
