The Innova Crysta and Fortuner have received additional equipment and features to boost their appeal.
The Crysta is now available with 17-inch rims, and its tyres come with a stiffer sidewall. The company had recently switched to 16-inch rims, but customer feedback revealed instances of tyre damage under heavy load.
The larger alloys are now standard on the Touring Sport variant – they were earlier only available on the top-end Z trim of the Crysta.
The Crysta and automatic trims of the Fortuner now get an engine start-stop function, which enhances fuel economy. The base GX trim of the Crysta (only 8-seater) now comes with more features like a rear-seat centre armrest, driver-seat height adjuster and rear air conditioning. All cars come with a door ajar warning function for each door and the V trim now has GPS navigation.
