Skoda has officially disclosed the prices for the limited-edition car after allowing reservations for the Skoda Slavia Matte Edition launched previously this month. Prices for the Matte Edition range from INR 15.52 lakh for the 1.0 TSI-MT powertrain to INR 19.12 lakh for the 1.5 TSI-AT powertrain, all ex-showroom, India. The Matte Edition is offered with all current powertrain options.
This unique edition is coated with a matte finish in a carbon steel exterior colour with gloss black accents on the ORVMs and door handles. A 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless mobile connectivity, an 8 speaker audio system with a subwoofer, an illuminated footwell area, and powered front seats are all included inside the cabin.

The 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine with 150 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque is paired with either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox, or the 1.0-liter turbo-petrol engine with 115 horsepower and 150 Nm of torque.
Merely the Volkswagen Virtus was earlier available in a matte edition variation in the midsize sedan market. The Honda City, Hyundai Verna, and Maruti Ciaz are rivals of the Slavia.
