The concept variant of the next-generation Swift, Maruti’s hatchback, has been unveiled by Suzuki Motor Corporation recently. The Suzuki Swift concept will unravel at the Tokyo Motor Show, which will be held between October 26 and November 5. In the image released by Suzuki, this model looks different from the current model but also has the signature design elements of the outgoing version.

The Swift Concept maintains the feel philosophy and the drive of the present model. It also adds new value to hatchbacks. Suzuki states that Swift intends a new value of having fun with the automobile as it shifts from tactile consumption to experiential consumption. Suzuki revealed that the 2024 Suzuki Swift will feature premium safety technologies, including collision mitigation braking, a driver monitoring system, dual-sensor brake support II, and an adaptive high beam system. The new Swift Concept is also speculated to come with a high-efficiency engine that will create an equilibrium between fuel efficiency and driving performance.

Next-Gen Suzuki Swift Exterior

The new-gen Maruti Suzuki Swift will come with a brand-new front grille, which is modestly angular and features a mesh pattern. A glossy black trim is featured in the outline of the grille. It will also be equipped with an updated front bumper, which has a new black fog lamp housing and glossy chrome trim at the lower air intake. Also, the headlamps are a bit twisted to give it a twirling look, featuring projector lamps and integrated, sharp-looking LED daytime running lights.

The new generation Maruti Suzuki Swift designer elements include updated taillights with a C-shaped LED motif, a rear bumper, a revised tailgate, a tailgate-mounted reverse parking camera, and an integrated roof spoiler.

The side profile of the new Swift will boast more updated features and new character lines compared to the outgoing model. A new set of alloy wheels are introduced for the Swift Concept. The greenhouse area has a full raven color scheme, giving the car's exterior a dual-tone sporty appearance. The rear passenger door handles have been moved from the C pillar of the outgoing model to the regular location.

Next-Gen Suzuki Swift Interior

The hatchback's interior is a clear indication that significant improvements have been done. It appears sportier and more upscale than the existing model and has a layout that has been extensively modified. A dual-tone dashboard design, a redesigned instrument cluster, and a standing touch screen entertainment system are among the interior modifications. Suzuki hasn't released any information on the powertrain, although it is assumed that the car will have an automated transmission and a high-efficiency engine.

Next-Gen Suzuki Swift Expectations

In India, the next-gen Suzuki Swift is expected to launch sometime next year. The Swift has been a favorable choice for customers ever since its launch in India. The next-generation Suzuki Swift will rival the likes of the Tata Tiago and the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios.
