Kia managed to sell 14,005 units in the November month in a time when the auto sector is facing slowdown. Owning to the sales, the company has reached among the top 5 manufacturers in the country.

The Korean carmaker has been successful in making its mark in the Indian car market. The company is managed to topple some of the already established carmakers in a span of just few months.

Kia managed to sell 14,005 units in the November month in a time when the auto sector is facing slowdown. Owning to the sales, the company has reached among the top 5 manufacturers in the country. The company managed to sell around 12,800 units of Seltos in the October month alone.

The popularity of the Seltos SUV can be attributed due to the addition of latest connectivity features that boast offers an array of convenience and safety features.

The car is equipped with UVO to connect that has over 37 smart features which can be placed under 5 distinct categories like Navigation, Safety and Security, Vehicle Management, Remote Control, and Convenience. The company provides services free for the first 3 years.

Some of the notable features of the SUV are AI Voice Command, Stolen vehicle tracking, and immobilization, Auto Collision Notification, SOS-emergency assistance, Remote engine start & stop, Remotely operated Air Purifier and In-Car Air Quality Monitor, Safety alert (Geo fence, Time Fence, Speed, Valet, Idle).

The SUV is available in 2 trims - GT line that caters to those looking for powerful specifications while the Tech line is meant for facilities aimed for families. The car is BSVI compliant that has 3rd gen smart rear engine available in 3 variants- 1.5 Petrol, 1.5 Diesel and the1.4 Turbo Petrol which is first in its segment. The engine is mated to 3 automatic transmission options – 7DCT, IVT, and 6 AT along with 6 speed Manual Transmission.
