This offer is valid only for new car deliveries that were made from October 1, 2023, at no additional cost. Audi has provided roadside assistance (RSA) numbers: 1800-103-6800 and 1800-209-6800. In case of an emergency, customers can contact the company at the given numbers.
This roadside assistance program provides 24×7×365 service to the customers. It helps the customers by aiding in the delivery of fuel, transportation, spare keys, vehicle custody and storage, specially designed towing platforms, and on-site repairs. In case anyone’s vehicle breaks down, Audi India will aid in travel and accommodation arrangements. The 10-year Roadside Assistance Program emphasizes Audi India’s customer-centric approach.
