Audi India has commenced the bookings for its flagship sedan - the new A8 L. Having said that, the booking amount has been pegged at Rs 10 lakhs. Interested buyers can get the bookings done either by visiting the nearest Audi India showroom or via the official website. The German automaker will be launching the luxury sedan anytime soon in the Indian market. Once launched in the Indian market, the new Audi A8 L will rival the likes of the BMW 7 Series and Mercedes Benz S-Class.

The new Audi A8 L will offer top-notch luxury, comfort, and features. Furthermore, it will come equipped with several customization packages including a Rear Relaxation package with recliner, foot massager, and several other stand-out features. The feature highlights include an updated touchscreen infotainment head unit, a folding center console table, dual 10.1-inch screens for rear-seat passengers, a cooler with a bar compartment, and many others. Design-wise, the luxury sedan features a new radiator grille with a chrome finish, redesigned LED headlamps, a front bumper with chrome inserts, and sleek LED taillights connected with a light bar.
Performance-wise, the India-bound Audi A8 L will draw its power from a 3.0-litre turbo-petrol unit that is further mated to a 48V mild-hybrid system. The motor produces a top power of 335 bhp and a peak torque of 500 Nm. Transmission options will include an 8-speed automatic gearbox along with Audi’s Quattro all-wheel-drive system.
