In a bid to make electric vehicles more affordable to customers in this festive season, Ather Energy, a Bengaluru-based electric two-wheeler manufacturer, has announced exclusive festive discounts on its popular offerings. The flagship Ather 450 Apex and 450X scooter models are now being offered with a discount of up to INR 25,000.

Additionally, customers purchasing the Ather 450 Apex and 450X scooters will now receive an instant cash benefit of INR 5,000. The auto marque is offering a cashback of INR 10,000 on EMI transactions done via select credit cards. Moreover, Ather is also providing complimentary charging for one year via its expansive Grid network, which includes around 2,152 fast-charging stations across India.

As part of the new festive benefits, buyers of the 450X scooter will also receive an extended battery warranty of 8 years at no extra cost. Notably, this significant benefit is usually subject to an extra fee.

Ather 450X

The Ather 450X is available with two battery variants: 3.7 kWh and 2.9 kWh, and has a top speed of 90 kmph. The Ather flagship scooter provides an IDC-certified range of 111 km and 150 km. It is packed with features like a 7-inch touchscreen display, Park Assist, Auto Hold, Google Maps integration, and more.

Ather 450 Apex

Ather Energy offers the 450 Apex with a striking dual-tone Indium Blue design followed by orange accents. The 450 Apex comes equipped with a 7-kW motor, which enables it to mark a top speed of 100 kmph. It also features a new 'Warp+' mode, enabling the scooter to accelerate from 0 to 40 kmph in just 2.9 seconds.

The most notable feature of the Ather Apex is the MagicTwist energy management system, which utilizes regenerative braking to slow the scooter smoothly and sometimes even stop it without using the brake. This advanced system also helps this scooter achieve a certified range of 157 km, slightly higher than the 450X scooter, which provides a range of 150 km.
