KTM has unveiled the new 790 Adventure in the United States after revealing it globally. The motorcycle has now been launched in international markets, including Europe and the USA. The 2024 KTM 790 will compete with other adventure bikes like the BMW F850 GS and the Yamaha Tenere 700. The new 790 Adventure gets a fresh look with a redesigned front end. It has two new color schemes: an all-white shade with orange graphics and an all-black color.
The 790 Adventure gets a new airbox and retains important features such as ABS, cornering traction control, and ride modes. Interestingly, the motorcycle incorporates a special 'Demo' mode that allows users to test out new riding features for up to 1500 km before deciding whether to buy them. The Adventure comes equipped with features like full-LED lighting and a Bluetooth-enabled 5-inch TFT display, giving access to music, calls, and turn-by-turn navigation.

The upgraded five-inch TFT display equipped in the bike has a rectangular shape, and its slanted position guarantees a clear view to the rider. Infographics are utilized to make it easier to understand the information, and because the screen is composed of mineral glass, it is resistant to glare and scratches.
The 2024 KTM 790 Adventure comes with WP Apex forks, and at the rear, it has an adjustable monoshock, offering 200 mm of travel. This new Adventure bike has a slim-design fuel tank and a one-seat design that offers comfortable rider movement. Powering this new motorcycle is a 799-cc liquid-cooled engine that churns out 93.8 bhp and 87 Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox, and it features an assist and slipper clutch, as well as a 2-way quickshifter as an alternative.
The new motorcycle also comes with Pirelli Scorpion STR tyres which are suitable for both long-distance and off-road travel. For more comfort, customers can select accessories such as passenger seats and heated ergonomic rider. There were various rumors and images circulating earlier about the arrival of the new 790 Adventure in the Indian market, but the company has not confirmed anything regarding its Indian launch.
