Ducati India has unveiled a new all-black livery for the Panigale V2 supersport motorcycle. The Panigale V2‘s color palette, which earlier incorporated the brand’s classic red theme, has now been revamped with the latest black-on-black livery. The brand has commenced accepting bookings for the new color theme. The Italian manufacturer is expected to reveal the price of the updated bike later this month. In the Indian market, the red color scheme of the motorcycle comes at a price of INR 20.68 lakh (ex-showroom).

Other than a new color scheme, Ducati has not made any changes to the motorcycle. The Ducati Panigale V2 comes equipped with top-notch features like a 4.3-inch TFT color screen that provides vital information to riders. In terms of safety features, the Panigale V2 houses power modes, riding modes, Ducati Traction Control (DTC) EVO 2, Bosch Cornering ABS EVO, Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC) EVO, auto tyre calibration, and Engine Brake Control (EBC) EVO.

The motorcycle is powered by the same 955-cc L-twin Superquadro engine. The unit produces a maximum power of 152 bhp at 10,750 rpm and 104 Nm of peak torque output at 9,000 rpm. The motor is mated to a 6-speed gearbox, which comes with a slipper clutch and a bi-directional quickshifter.

Additionally, the 2024 Ducati Panigale V2 is packed with standard features like Ducati Multimedia System (DMS), Ducati Data Analyser+ (DDA+), anti-theft, full LED lighting with Daytime Running Light (DRL), Sachs steering damper, and auto-off indicators.

The Panigale V2 uses an aluminum monocoque frame along with an aluminum-made single-sided swingarm. The frame setup is supported by fully adjustable 43-mm Showa BPF forks. At the back, a fully adjustable Sachs unit is also fixed. The motorcycle rolls on five-spoke 17-inch alloy wheels that are covered in Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa II tyres. Brembo Monobloc M4.32 4-piston calipers are positioned radially on twin 320 mm semi-floating discs for front braking, while a 245 mm disc with two-piston calipers is situated on the back for rear braking.
