1. The offer is valid between 06th September 2019 to 31st October 2019 only and this offer shall only be valid if your order is placed within this time period.
2. The offer is valid for used cars.
3. Free Benefits include - Exterior Body Wash & Polish, Engine Oil Replacement (Shell), Air Filter & Oil Filter Replacement, Wheel Alignment, Interior Vacuum and Polish, Pickup & Drop. Droom may, at it’s own discretion add or replace the benefits during the offer period.
4. There will be only one lucky winner every week which will be randomly selected at the sole discretion of Droom.
5. A week will be construed from Friday till Thursday. (orders placed on both days are inclusive) Winners will be announced every Monday.
6. The winners will be informed by Mail/SMS/Push Notification.
7. This offer is valid only in select locations - Delhi-NCR, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Mumbai, Varanasi, Ahmedabad, Indore, Bhopal, Udaipur
8. The offer cannot be clubbed with any other program/offer on the website.
9. This offer can be availed with online payment method only. There is no COD (Cash on Delivery) option available on this offer

11. All incidental costs, if any, other than the cost of the prize, that may arise will be borne by the winner.

14. Droom reserves the right to cancel your prize without providing any explanation/ reason(s) whatsoever. Droom disclaims that it will neither be liable nor responsible to any explanation to the winner. The decision of Droom shall be final and binding on the winner.

Droom may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any winner found to be: (a)tampering with the entry process or the operation of the offer or www.droom.in website or mobile application; (b) acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
16. Droom assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever in respect to defect or deficiency in the vehicles or for any action regarding the sellers and manufacturers and will not entertain any direct correspondence with anyone in this regard.
17. Droom shall not be responsible for any breach of contract or for any loss or damage arising in connection with this offer.
18. Droom reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions governing the offer at any time without prior notification and reserves the right to end this offer anytime without prior notice.
19. The terms and conditions of this offer are governed by Indian laws and any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Gurugram.
