Mercedes Benz India recently announced the launch of 2020 Mercedes Benz GLC Coupe in the country on March 3. Being unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in 2019, the facelifted GLC coupe will come with a few cosmetic updates along with the updated powertrain. It borrows the styling cues from the new GLC SUV, thus becoming the first non-AMG version in the Indian market.

Competing against the likes of the Porsche Macan and the BMW X4, this Coupe-SUV is expected to be priced in the range of Rs 55-65 Lakhs (Ex-showroom).

Mercedes Benz GLC 2020 Engine Specification

The GLC facelift will be offered in two variants: GLC 300 (petrol) and GLC 300 D (diesel). The petrol variant will be powered by the BSVI compliant 2.0-litre turbo engine that outputs 258bhp max power and 370Nm peak torque. On the other hand, the diesel variant will draw power also from a 2.0-litre turbocharged motor that outputs 245 bhp max power and 500 Nm highest torque. Both these engines are paired to a 9-speed automatic gearbox with 4Matic all-wheel-drive system.
