Mahindra Two Wheelers Limited is a big part of the world-renowned automobile manufacturer Mahindra Group. The two-wheelers division was founded in the year 2008, and since then Mahindra has launched two-wheelers in the form of bikes and scooters. With their most popular offering being two-wheelers for rural areas, Mahindra bike models are well-known for its styling, solid performance, superior ride quality and great mileage.

Their research and development centre is based in Pune. However, their state-of-the-art unit is based in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh from where all their models come out.  Due to their success in the two-wheeler segment, the manufacturer has grown and now is available through 200 mobile service points for two-wheelers. It is the oldest motorised two-wheeler manufacturer and offers one of the most comprehensive ranges of scooters and mopeds, from 50cc to 400cc, including the successful three-wheeled scooter – Metropolis. Peugeot Scooters sells in more than 40 countries across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

There are three bike models made available by Mahindra. These include Mahindra Centuro, Mahindra Mojo UT300 and Mahindra Mojo XT300. As of now, Mahindra is present in over 17 countries in the world including the likes of Africa, South Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. Mahindra offerings feature many consumer-inspired, new-to-market options such as height adjustable seat, Anti-theft alarm with engine immobiliser, find me lamps and remote flip key. MTWL has recently acquired a 51 percent stake in Peugeot Motorcycles (PMTC), part of the Euro 54 billion Peugeot S.A. (PSA) Group based in France. PMTC, a key player in urban mobility in Europe for the last 116 years.
