Tata Motors has launched the Nexon Dark Edition at an introductory price of Rs 10.40 Lakhs (Ex-showroom Delhi) in the country. It is offered in XZ+, XZA+, XZ+(O) & XZA+(O) variants in both petrol and diesel fuel trims. All the buyers of Tata Nexon Dark Edition will get a set of Dark branded apparels which comprises of a Trucker jacket, Polos and T- Shirts. The company has sold more than 2 Lakh units of the Nexon SUV since its launch in the Indian market. The Dark Edition gets Black treatment at the outside and inside the cabin.

Tata Nexon Dark Edition is presented in a Atlas Black exterior body colour while it rides on 16-inch alloy wheels finished in Charcoal Black. In addition, there are Sonic Silver highlights on the body along with matte Granite Black cladding. The Dark Mascot also comes as standard with the Nexon Dark Edition. Moving inside the cabin, it gets Dark interior pack with premium black tri arrow dashboard panel and black leatherette seats with tri arrow perforations. Furthermore, the front headrests boast of exclusive Dark embroidery while the door trims also get the tri arrow theme. The company has also offered a puncture kit with the Nexon Dark Edition for additional safety of the customers.


As for features, Tata Nexon Dark Edition comes with cruise control, electric sunroof, electronic stability program (ESP) and a 7-inch Harman floating touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and IRA Connected Car Technology. Mechanically, Tata Nexon Dark Edition can be availed with the same 1.2L petrol and 1.5L diesel engines as the regular variants of the SUV. The 1199cc Revotron petrol engine develops top power of 118 bhp at 5500 rpm and peak torque of 170 Nm between 1750-4000 rpm. On the other hand, the 1498cc Revotorq diesel engine churns out maximum power output of 108 bhp at 4000 rpm and highest torque delivery of 260 Nm between 1500-2750 rpm. Both the engines are available with manual as well as automatic transmissions.
