Besides the new color, the bike doesn't see any cosmetic or mechanical update

Yamaha India has launched the YFZ-R15 V3 in a new Metallic Red color at an introductory price of Rs 1.52 Lakhs (Ex. Showroom, Delhi) in the country. It will be available from today onwards across all the company authorized dealerships in India. Yamaha YZF-R15 V3 in ‘Metallic Red’ will retain the features and specifications of the standard model. Besides the newly introduced Metallic Red paint scheme, the BS6 YZF-R15 V3 is already available in three existing colours: Racing Blue, Thunder Grey and Darknight.

As for features, the bike will come loaded with Variable Valve Actuation (VVA), Assist & Slipper (A&S) Clutch and Side Stand Engine Cut-off Switch.
