As can be easily seen, Hyundai Venue commands the highest waiting period in the entire segment with cities like Hyderabad witnessing a staggering waiting period of around 6 months for the latest from the South Korean brand. This is largely because Venue was launched in the Indian market only a few months ago, a trend that becomes apparent when one takes a look at the Mahindra XUV300. The waiting period for Mahindra XUV300 ranges from 1-2 months. While the highest waiting period for XUV300 is 3 months for the city of Bangalore. Other options in the segment like the Tata Nexon and Ford EcoSport have little to no waiting period for them. However, the current segment leader Maruti Brezza has a waiting period ranging from a month to 45 days (for Pune). This shows that the vehicle still remains in high demand across the country and it is fitting for the segment leader. |
