Only 40 units of the Divo will be created.

The Divo will be a limited-run track-focused car based on its Chiron hypercar. The car is named after the 1928 and 1929 Targa Florio-winning, French Bugatti race driver Albert Divo. The car's hashtag ‘built for corners’ suggests that rather than outright speed, this car will be more suited to being driven on a racetrack. Bugatti stated that the car will make "enormous downforce and G-forces".

The Divo will be the first car that will be built by the brand’s newly resurrected coach-building division. The car will be revealed at the Quail Motorsports Gathering in August. The Divo will be the third variant launched in a span of two years and you can expect Bugatti to charge a heavy premium on each of the 40 Divos produced.

The car could most likely be a contender for the production car Nürburgring lap record, for which it has to beat the Nio EP9’s time of 6:45.90.
