Hero MotoCorp has launched the 2021 XPulse 200 4 Valve at a sticker price of Rs 1.28 Lakhs (Ex. Showroom, Delhi) in the country. The bike is more powerful than its predecessor while equipped with several advanced features. The 2021 Hero XPulse 200 4 Valve is available in three color schemes namely Trail Blue, Blitz Blue, and Red Raid. In addition, the company is also offering a Rally Kit with the motorcycle which is completely road legal and also homologated for FMSCI approved motorsports events.


The 2021 Hero XPulse 200 4 Valve flaunts LED headlight upfront as standard. The bike also boasts of a segment-first full digital LCD instrument cluster which comes with several functions such as smartphone connectivity and call alerts, Turn-by-Turn navigation, Gear indicator, Eco Mode and two Trip meters. Furthermore, a single channel ABS also comes as a standard safety feature. As for suspension, the 2021 XPulse 200 is equipped with 190mm front and 170mm 10-step adjustable mono-shock rear units while riding on 21-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wheels. The company has also offered an aluminum skid plate for protecting the engine. The exhaust position is kept upswept to enable deep water crossing. Sitting on a well-engineered chassis setup, it has a seat height of 825mm and high ground clearance of 220mm. The braking duties are helmed by petal disc units at front as well as rear. Moreover, Hero has introduced a luggage plate with bungee hooks to carry luggage even with a pillion passenger alongside a USB charger with the bike.


Mechanically, it is powered by a BS6 compliant 200cc 4 Valve oil cooled engine which develops top power of 18.8 bhp at 8500 rpm and peak torque of 17.35 Nm at 6500 rpm. The engine delivers 6 percent more power and 5 percent extra torque as compared to the previous model.
