This service (Hereinafter referred as “Campaign”) is brought to you by Droom Technology Limited ( Hereinafter referred as “We”/“Us” “Our”/“Company”/ “Droom”) through its website www.droom.in (Hereinafter referred as “Website”) wherein you (Hereinafter referred as “You”/”Your”) can donate any amount You wish to on the Website’s Droplet Based Germs page droom.in/warhero (Hereinafter referred as “War Heroes Donation Page”)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

BY CONFIRMING ON THE WEBSITE THAT YOU WISH TO DONATE ON THE DONATION PAGE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THAT DONATION.

A. THE WAR HEROES DONATION CAMPAIGN

1. We will use the Welfare Funds to further our gratitude and support to reach out to families of War Heroes across Delhi/NCR, while adhering to social distancing guidelines.
2. All donation proceeds will be used in supporting families of the War Heroes across Delhi/NCR in monetary terms or in terms support material such as food and other essentials.
3. Droom will connect with all relevant hospitals, police staff and government hospitals through relevant government offices in Delhi/NCR and will use all donation proceeds to provide food and other essentials.
4. Payment method is 100% online, You will also receive a confirmation email on your designated email ID after your donation is successfully received by Us.
5. For each amount paid by You, Droom will put equal amount donated by You. As a brand responsibility, Droom will match 1:1 for the first 100 contributions.
6. This is a 100% not for profit Campaign, and we will disclose the use of proceeds in a financial transparency report sent to all contributors to the Campaign
7. Your personal payment-related information will be governed by our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose this information to anyone except where it is required by law.
8. Following are the amounts of donation that can be made on the War Hero Donation Page: ₹200, ₹500, ₹1000, ₹2000, ₹5000 and ₹10000
9. The above mentioned amounts of donation do not entitle You to any goods, services or positions at the Company
10. Donations once made on the War Heroes Donation Page will not be refunded back, except in cases of duplicate transaction for which You would need to provide valid documents within 1 hour of the donation being made.

B. GENERAL

1. This is a limited period campaign and may end with or without prior notice to You. The decision to end the of Droom shall be final and binding in this regard.
2. This Campaign is valid only on the War Heroes Donation Page through the Website and the War Heroes Donation Page can also be accessed through the Droom Mobile Application.
3. Droom has right to change or modify the terms and conditions of the Campaign without assigning any reasons thereof.
4. Droom’s decision in any/ all disputes in relation to this Campaign shall be final and binding on You.
5. The terms and conditions of this Campaign are governed by Indian laws and all dispute regarding this Campaign shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Gurugram.
