I would like to share my personal review about Droom as well as the dealers who post vehicles on their portal. I had taken delivery of a vehicle in the third week of May,2019 based on the facts and pics shared by Droom, not going much into the details of the vehicle. I took a test drive and went through the papers and documents shared by the dealer. I liked the car and communicated my decision of purchasing the vehicle to Droom. Payment was done to the dealer and the token amount taken upfront by Droom was reimbursed to the dealer after deducting their margins/commission. After taking delivery of the vehicle, that was when i realized, the blunder in actual kms posted and kms driven by the first owner. I brought the case immediately to the dealer as well as to Droom representative and customer care executive. The dealer told me to come down and said we shall talk it down giving me less ray of hope of recovering what i lost. The Droom representative had no answer and told me to get in touch with their customer care executive. I knew for that moment i have lost my money as that's the answer i got from Droom Customer care executive, they are helpless after taking delivery of vehicle. Sellers Name is Sohail Khan who is a car dealer and says selling my sisters car which is a lie her name is Gunjan Katyal... Scam site scam seller one should never trust or buy from here.
This is just a fraud seller is not interested in selling the car.. I booked it and was stuck with my money all false details shared
