Complete waste of time and money. The Mechanic who came for Inspection hardly new how to drive a car besides not knowing any of the technicalities. The only thing he did was to take Car photos. My complete car inspection was done in half an hour. The Mechanic didn't even carry any instruments to perform electrical checks, engine checks, etc. Please do not buy any inspection packages from Droom. They are cheating us.

Not satisfied didnt check oil and coolant,all the time taking pics of the car and nothing else.I think my Rs 556 is being wasted wont recommend.

You could have send me the report on time. I have already brought the car. Now I am seeing some defects on the same.

Should listen to some of my commnets regarding misunderstanding he had about the ownership. I am the only owner but he has recorded it as 2nd owner due to lack of understanding of the document.

Information of the Bike in History Section of the report is incorrect. Chassis Number and Engine Numbers are incorrect. Also, visible damages on front side-panel, front mudguard and tail panel, were not reported.

Except time, everything was fine. Good response and support from droom as well.

Technician arrived 45 minutes late. Scheduled appointment was for 2pm while he reached by 2.45pm.Technician only took photos of exterior. He did not do any of the below:- 1) Did not Switch on the car and take a test drive to see how the engine, clutch, gearbox, suspension performance is. 2) Did not check any of the lights or indicators or power windows and the central locking mechanism. 3) Did not switch on Music system, Wipers, steering mounted controls. 4) There is a score of 6/10 for Navigation and this model does not have any Navigation system at all. 5)Did not check Battery or Coolant level or Exhaust system Very poor inspection. Whatever he did could have been done by a Tenth class student. Very dissatisfied. I would not recommend Droom to any of my friends.

The scooter was not checked properly. When i called on Warranty service agent he refused to provide service on this vehicle.

one of the pathetic service by droom and eco auto inspection ,they both are mutual partner.They never told exact reason force to buy bike. one of the untrusted website after ShopClues. at last they send me positive report of auto inspection after alreday I have rejected the bike of star motors. the bike is in worst condition and all sellers are ready to cheat with you. please don't buy with droom also droom and all the sellers give their ratings with their partner so thats why all the seller given as 5 o just less than 5 star all they are fake reviews. one of the fake and untrusted startup.

The details in the report are incorrect. The car is of 2009 whereas the report mntions 2011. The car is sedan, however the report mentions hatchback. Where the scoring is less, comments should be added. Also the technician should communicate all issues in the person when inspection is goin on.

Very poor and unprofessional service. Don't waste your money on this.
